Sandra M. Kelly
Sandra Kelly was appointed as Managing Partner in 2013 and is now Managing Member as of January 1, 2016. Her practice consists of litigation, both for plaintiffs and defendants. She has successfully represented clients in jury and non-jury trials in Ohio, California, and in federal and state courts throughout the Great Lakes region. She also counsels clients on probate, trust and estate matters throughout the state of Ohio. She handles maritime cases related to the Jones Act, LHWCA and other shipping-related matters. She has acted as a legal commentator for the local Fox8 News affiliate and has spoken on maritime and collection issues. She has been recognized as a Proctor in Admiralty by the Maritime Law Association of the United States and has received the highest possible rating from Martindale-Hubbell. She has been listed in Best Lawyers® since 2013. She is a proctor of the Maritime Law Association. She regularly gives CLE for lawyers with CMBA and other legal organizations.
Sandy is a published author for various Thomson West trial manuals, serves on the boards of non-profit institutions and has been a longtime member of a judicial rating coalition whose mission is to elect qualified individuals to the Ohio judiciary. In Legus, an international network of law firms, she serves on the Advisory Board. Sandy is a former member of the Board of Trustees of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, which has over 6,000 members.

Constance Hawke
Constance Hawke has 40+ years of legal experience, primarily focused on areas of real estate, intellectual property and education law. She returns to private practice after 24 years of providing legal, compliance and risk management advice and service to the university community at Kent State University in Ohio. She holds a Ph.D. in education administration and is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. In addition, she is certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) through the Compliance Certification Board. Dr. Hawke is admitted to practice in Ohio and Florida.

Kathy LaManna
Kathy started with the firm in 1973 as a teenager and has progressed to run the financial operations of the firm. If you have the ability to interact with Kathy, your issue or problem will be resolved via her innovative ways of dealing with third parties, courts and opposing counsel or their employees.
Brenda Marmol
Brenda is a master of paralegal organization and works closely with our clients on document production and organization. She has over 20 years of experience with complex multi-district litigation matters and there is no one better at managing these cases in toxic tort litigation and 9/11 class action litigation.
Sharon Evanko
Sharon is our COO and is a master of producing the perfect pleading generated by Sandra or Constance. She has an uncanny ability of taming the various probate and common pleas courts in sometimes complex situations. She is personable, whip smart and charming to all she encounters. She started with the firm in her late teens, took a break to raise her three children, and then the firm was lucky enough to lure her back.
